Sigma Nu Institutes are designed for and directed at the training of specific officers, namely:
- Commanders
- Lt. Commanders
- Marshals
- Recruitment Chairmen
- LEAD Chairmen
- Corresponding Alumni/Volunteers (i.e. Chapter Advisors, Alumni Advisory Board Members, Division Commanders)
More than 365 students attended in 2009, which is almost a 50% increase from the previous year, and 84 collegiate chapters and colonies were in attendance compared to the previous year’s 65 that attended (a 30% increase).
Sigma Nu Institutes provide a positive learning environment where participants can grow and improve as officers and more fully understand the organizational structure of the General Fraternity.
